Before taking on new clients, Space Matters organizers complete two levels of training. Level one is comprised of 6 classes, level two is comprised of 15 classes. Topics include understanding personality types, focusing strategies for ADD clients, methods of assisting movement-impaired or device-assisted clients, boundaries and ethics, and basic safety. We have the breadth of knowledge and experience to handle the most complex cases appropriately, effectively and with kindness.
We have a Chronic Disorganization Specialist certified by the National Study Group on Chronic Disorganization. In addition, the head of our commercial organizing unit is a certified Productivity Trainer Authorized Consultant™ (PTAC™). PTACs receive many hours of training and are certified to administer Hemphill Productivity Institute proprietary services such as The 8-Hour Miracle™ for individuals and the Paper Tiger Productivity Solution™ for companies.
